Villa Pavone is a delightful independent villa for 5 people with private swimming pool, on the hill overlooking Santa Maria di Ricadi in the Capo Vaticano area.
Located in a panoramic position overlooking the sea, strategically oriented towards the sunset, it is perfect for a family who wants to enjoy the sun and privacy of a villa with swimming pool for two steps from the sea. Villa Pavone is arranged on one level and has a spacious living room with open kitchen and a sleeping area with two bedrooms (1 double and one bedroom with 3 single beds) and two bathrooms (one with ensuite bathtub and one with shower). All spaces are large and well enlightened.
On the outside there is a large porch that entirely covers the two sides of the house villa most exposed to the sun, and from here you access the swimming pool and the equipped solarium.
There villa is 1 km from the beautiful beach of Santa Bay Maria, with its hamlet and its fresh fish restaurants while the renowned and picturesque Tropea is about 8 km away.

30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 40 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
70% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 40 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €250 is due.
Notes
The price includes: gas, water, electricity, wi-fi, air conditioning, beach towels, clean linen after one week.
The price does not include the following extras to be paid at check-in in cash (if applicable):
- Final cleaning + bed and bath linen €170 (mandatory)
- Tourist tax (mandatory) €1 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)
- Cot €50 pw including linen (optional on request)
- High chair €20 pw (optional on request)
- Extra late check-in, €30 from 6pm to 9pm, €60 from 9pm to midnight (obligatory if applicable)

Das Haus hat einen tollen Blick, noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Terrasse, der Pool, es war traumhaft. Super ausgestattet, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand bzw zum Ortskern laufen.Absolute Empfehlung.

Despite some challenges at the start of the week (water and sewage system) we had a wonderful week in the beautiful villa Pavone. Excellent pool and nice view. Big kudo's to Corrado from Calaber who solved the problems in no time! We certainly recommend this accommodation to others who would like to enjoy Calabria!

Corrado war immer ansprechbar und hat uns sogar einen boat Trip organisiert. Die Restaurant Tipps waren super und es war sehr angenehm und erholsam.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto bella presso Villa Pavone. La casa è comoda, la piscina è nuova, grande e ben mantenuta. La villa si trova a Capo Vaticano in una zona tranquilla e questo ci è piaciuto molto. La vista molto bella e Corrado è stato molto ospitale e gentile. Tutto è andato benissimo, grazie mille!
