Panoramic villa with private pool, for 8 people, a stone's throw from the beach within walking distance and a few km from picturesque Tropea.
From the large veranda and the swimming pool area you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view over the entire bay of Santa Maria.
From the main entrance of the house there is direct access to the living area, where the kitchen and living room with sofa and TV are located. Through a corridor you reach the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms. The villa also has an annex which consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, so in total the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The house has been recently modernized, has simple but very welcoming furnishings and is equipped with all comforts. Air conditioning is present in the living room and inside the master bedroom.
The extraordinary nature of the house is certainly the enormous covered external veranda, with a wonderful sea view. In a corner of the terrace there is a barbecue area, with also a wood-fired pizza oven, very particular with its unusual mushroom shape. The swimming pool is located on a slightly lower level than the house and is very sunny. Despite being located in a residential area, the villa offers a lot of privacy.In the low season the area is very quiet; during the high season you might hear the entertainment coming from the neighboring villages.
The villa is independent and all rooms are private and exclusive.
The sandy beach is only 150 meters from the villa and can be reached on foot. About 250 meters from the house there is the small and characteristic village of Santa Maria, where you will find a small square with a small church and two restaurants where you can eat fresh fish. Tropea is 10 minutes away by car. Villa Giulia is ideal for small groups of friends, couples and families looking for a villa with private pool, close to the sea and with a breathtaking view.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
70% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 40 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €250 is due.

The price includes: gas, water, electricity, wi-fi, air conditioning, clean linen after one week.
The price does not include the following extras to be paid at check-in in cash (if applicable):
- Final cleaning + bed and bath linen €200 (mandatory)
- Tourist tax (mandatory) €1 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)
- Extra cleaning for pets €50 pw (optional on request)
- Cot €50 pw including linen (optional on request)
- High chair €20 pw (optional on request)
- Extra late check-in, €30 from 6pm to 9pm, €60 from 9pm to midnight (mandatory if applicable)

Villa Giulia
Boendet var precis som på bilderna. Vacker utsikt, bra pool och stora ytor för att umgås utomhus. Värden var väldigt snabb på att svara, exv. när vi skrev att det var problem med poolens pump. De var på plats och fixade det inom en timme. Vi trivdes enormt bra. Men om man är känslig för ljud så spelar hotellet, just bredvid boendet, musik från 21.00 till ca 23.00.

La villa ha una vista sul mare impagabile, con un tavolo enorme per pranzare e cenare con un panorama surreale.Il barbecue è molto bello e la piscina, assieme alla vista, è stata indubbiamente protagonista della vacanza.Comodissime le due docce esterne supplementari.Internamente l'alloggio è un poco meno moderno di quanto ci aspettassimo (tranne il bagno principale) ma comunque molto comodo e accogliente.Ci ritornerei domani senza pensarci due volte!

Świetnie położony dom z basenem zapewniajacy widok na morze i wspaniałe zachody słońca. Wyposażenie kuchni dość ograniczone, dla nas zbyt mała ilość talerzy i szklanek. Duży taras i miejsce do grillowania. Dom bardzo blisko morza, restauracji i sklepu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Po burzy mieliśmy problem z internetem i telewizorem ale w miarę możliwości zostało to naprawione. Nie podobała nam się jedynie wilgoć w domu i wydaje nam się że wymagałby on remontu.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Giulia. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und der private Pool ideal für Familien. Das Meer ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt und Restaurants sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Danke auch nochmal an Corrado, der uns super betreut hat und den Check In auch mitten in der Nacht ermöglicht hat.

Host molto perbene ed ospitale. La struttura è molto bella e ben posizionata. Come scritto nella descrizione si sentono i villaggi vicini quando fanno animazione e discoteca ciò non toglie che essa viene fatta solo negli orari in cui è consentito.
